1 16-oz package Southern Style Hashbrowns (frozen)
1/2 Lb Processed American Cheese (cubed)
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (undiluted)
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine (melted and divided)
1-1/2 Tbsp Onion (chopped)
1/8 tsp Paprika
1 Cup Corn Flakes (slightly crushed)
In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, cheese, soup, sour cream, 1/4 cup of butter or margarine and onion. Spread into casserole dish. Dust with paprika. Combine corn flakes and remaining butter. Sprinkle on top.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. 5-6 Servings.
